4 Bedroom House in Michigan City

Stunning modern home in Beachwalk Resort. The house is named after our home town Dublin, Ireland and we have tried to bring a little bit of Ireland to our home in Beachwalk! A resort fee of $15 per person for those 4 and older is included - if you have less guests this fee will be adjusted before booking.
Open floor plan with kitchen/dining area seating 12 comfortably, beverage refrigerator in dining area, living room features gas fireplace with smart TV. The house has a 35ft x 12ft rear screened porch off the kitchen/dining area with table seating 8 and comfortable lounge seating!! Lots of room for sitting outside to dine or lounging and soaking up the evening. Comcast wifi.
Walk out basement with large games/rec room featuring Foosball, 55in TV . There is an outdoor paved patio area 20 ft x 10ft with built in fire pit and gas grill. There is also an open deck off the master bedroom with views of Lake Kai - a serene spot perfect for having a morning coffee. There is a wagon available for trips to the pool or beach and a golf cart on site for convenience. Beach chairs, beach toys and a roller cooler available for your convenience. The only house in Beachwalk with an outdoor private putting green!!!

New in 2023 - yoga on the beach - sign up for amenities on funatbeachwalk.com. 5 Minutes to Blue Chip Casino, Lighthouse Outlet Mall and local hotspots.

Summary: We had a multi-generational family reunion, in this house and the one next door. The location is excellent: in Beachwalk, right next to a park, and convenient walking access to the pool. There is a golf cart which makes ferrying folks around to the pool + Lake Michigan very easy. The house itself is very pleasant, and we especially liked the enclosed back deck. It's a shady spot with good light and fans and furniture, like an outdoor living room. Great stay!

Summary: Great experience - good communication with owner, very responsive. Common areas had plenty of room for us to gather together- kitchen had everything we needed, kids played ping pong and chess, bikes, and the golf cart was easy to charge and use. We especially loved the screened porch in back of house, cool place to hang out. Very close short walk down hill to pier for kayaks, easy walk to pool and also took golf cart to parking lot at edge of resort and just walked across street to Lake Michigan. Resort was busy but we felt we always had space at the pool. Went blueberry picking nearby, brewery, and Mt Baldy. Weather hot enough for swimming but always felt a nice breeze. Loved it!

Summary: The house was great. It was stocked with everything we needed. Sooo clean too!! The house was located in the Beachwalk community and it was so family oriented. Definitely will stay there again!

Summary: This house met all of our expectations. This spacious house provided plenty of room for our family of six with room to spare. We really enjoyed the screened-in porch. The large well appointed kitchen made meal preparation easy. This is a house that we would definitely pick for another stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful family vacation in this house. It was very clean and close to the beach/pool . Loved the screened in porch! The golf cart was a big hit with the grandchildren. Our first time on the Beachwalk and will definitely go again.

Summary: Our group of twelve (3 families including 6 kids aged 1-3) was incredibly comfortable staying at this spacious home! The large screen porch was our favorite spot to enjoy the fall temperatures. Rachel and Simon were great before, during, and after our stay, even going as far as mailing us a teddy bear that was left behind! The house has everything we needed for the kids including pack n play, crib, high chair, beach toys, a beach wagon, the list goes on and on. You will not be disappointed!
